Kompuestos (Plásticos Compuestos S.A.), MAB-listed company and leader in the production of sustainable plastic compounds in Europe, has approved the appointment of two new proprietary directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on February 14: Gant Finance, S.A. and Gestión y Administración Mobiliaria S.A., represented by Luis Vázquez and Santiago de Gomar Roca, respectively.

Kompuestos has developed three new bioplastics of the Okean® range obtaining for each of them the "OK biodegradable WATER" certificate of the independent entity TÜV Austria that certify that they are biodegradable in sweet water in a specific period.
