Kompuestos appoints two new proprietary directors
Kompuestos (Plásticos Compuestos S.A.), MAB-listed company and leader in the production of sustainable plastic compounds in Europe, has approved the appointment of two new proprietary directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on February 14: Gant Finance, S.A. and Gestión y Administración Mobiliaria S.A., represented by Luis Vázquez and Santiago de Gomar Roca, respectively.
Luis Vázquez will join the Board of Directors of Kompuestos as proprietary director, complementing this charge with his current position as President of Auxiliar Conservera S.A, a company specialized in metallic packaging. The new director also provides financial advisory services to large estates and is currently member of the Board of Directors of AFAMSA. In previous professional stages, he has also advised other companies as member of the Board of Directors of Alga Energy S.A. and Frigoríficos Oya S.A.
Luis Vázquez has a double degree in Law and Economics from the Carlos III University of Madrid, a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the School of Applied Finance of International Financial Analysts and is also an accredited European Financial Advisor (EFPA).
On the other hand, Santiago de Gomar Roca will combine his new position as proprietary director of Kompuestos with his current position as president and CEO of the investment group Gestión y Administración Mobiliaria, S.A. He is also member of the Board of Directors of Roca Corporación Empresarial, S.A. since 1989.
Santiago de Gomar Roca, graduate in Economics from the University of Barcelona, has an extensive professional career: between 1990 and 2014 he was the General Secretary of Corporación Uniland, S.A., whose main asset was Uniland Cemetera, S.A., and between 1986 and 1990 he held the position of Account Executive at CIRSA, a gaming and leisure company.
