Kompuestos to debut at Spanish Alternative Stock Market (MAB) on August 12

Kompuestos (Plásticos CompuestosS.A.), a leading company in the production of plastic compounds in Europe, has obtained the approval of the Spanish Alternative Stock Market (MAB) Board of Directors for the incorporation of its shares in the market. The MAB Board of Directors has given the green light after analyzing the information presented by the company and once the Coordination and Incorporation Committee's favorable evaluation report has been issued.
The negotiation of Kompuestos will start next Monday, August 12th and its ticker will be "KOM". The company's Registered Advisor is Impulsa Capital, while GVC Gaesco Beka has acted as leader of the operation and is also the Liquidity Provider.
The Board of Directors of Kompuestos has set a reference value for each of its shares of 2.48 euros, which means that the total capitalization of the company is 30 million euros.
Kompuestos will enter the segment of companies in expansion with the totality of the shares representing its share capital.
The company closed the 2018 financial year with a turnover of 41.3 million euros, 13.1% more than in 2017. In addition, the company recorded a normalized EBITDA of 4 million euros.
